The service
MarkSafe scans proposed names against trademark databases to assess conflict risk. By using it you agree to these terms.
Your content
You keep all rights to the names you submit and to the reports you generate. You are responsible for making final business decisions based on the results.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful content or in ways that disrupt it for others. We may suspend access that abuses the service.
Payments
MarkSafe is a paid service billed through our merchant of record. Subscriptions renew until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time.
Liability
The service is provided as is. Always verify trademark status with official registries or legal counsel before launching a brand.
